This notice explains how personal information submitted through the SOART project enquiry form is processed. The data controller is SOART, an independent creative direction studio based in Istanbul. Questions and requests can be sent to hello@soart.studio.

Information we collect

Name, business email, optional telephone number, company, website, project details, service interests, budget and timing selections, referral source, consent records and limited technical submission data used for security.

Why we process it

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, communicate about a potential collaboration, prepare proposals, maintain business records and protect the form from abuse. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and is not required to submit a project enquiry.

Sharing and storage

Information is processed using contracted infrastructure and communication providers required to operate the website, CRM and email delivery. Access is restricted to authorised SOART personnel and service providers acting on our instructions. Data may be processed outside Türkiye where these providers operate, subject to the applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries and proposal records are retained only for as long as needed for project evaluation, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. Unqualified enquiries may be deleted or anonymised earlier.

Your choices and rights

You may request information about your data, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection, and may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by contacting SOART. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the handling of an active project enquiry.

Security

SOART uses access controls, server-side validation, encrypted transport, database access policies, audit records and spam protection measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
